20 Weeks - Halfway there!

Halfway to baby! In the past week, I've started to feel him kick, but only a little bit. Also, I've gained 9 pounds total so far (very happy about that). A few days ago, I saw Batman (The Dark Knight), which I loved, and today I experienced a 5.8 earthquake on the 38th floor of a high rise. My boobs have grown way too large for a girl my size, and I'm thinking I'm starting to look a bit like a roly poly. Still feeling great, though!

18 Weeks...the belly's popping! As are other parts...

Not the best picture of me, but in the past 2 days, my tummy started to pop and I wanted to capture it. Also, my boobs are reminiscent of Avi's old ones.

17 Weeks

When will I look pregnant and not just "kinda fat," as Robby so eloquently put it. I'm waiting every day for him to start kicking me...hasn't happened yet.

Being silly

Baby Kush - 16 Weeks...It's a BOY!!!

Third ultrasound was at 16 weeks, on July 1, 2008. Again, we weren't scheduled for an ultrasound but mom (Ilana) guilted the doctor into giving us one anyway. And it only took the technician a couple seconds before she knew that it's a boy!!!! This is the ultrasound photo of his "parts." Personally, I don't see it, but I believe her. She said that this kid is not hiding anything.

This week, my body started changing big time. None of my pants fit, and I am really starting to show. Here's proof...

Baby Kush - 12 Weeks!

Our twelve week appointment was on June 3, 2008. We weren't supposed to have an ultrasound this week, but since the future grandparents were with us, the doctor gave us one anyway. The baby kicked and moved and jumped around. All this action made the grandparents (and the future mommy) have teary eyes. Robby, of course, did not understand why tears were necessary.
This is also about the time that Robby decided he wanted to name the baby Atari (if a boy). I don't know what more to say about that (except that it will not be named Atari).
